Kenyan professional golfers given only 15 slots into the Kenya Open 2011

The local golf professionals in Kenya have been allocated 15 slots into this years Kenya Open Golf Championship - the question now is, should they have had MORE or LESS facts.

My take is simple, over the last few years, only one, two or three pros have made the cut, therefore in my opinion, off-color pros should be getting even LESS slots - I think the KOGL has been very generous. Indeed I reckon, only Ali Kimani will once more make the cut come the end of March.

  1. this is a local event, all our Pros no matter how poor they are, should be allowed the rare opportunity to play the World's greatest.

  2. absolutely rubbish - we should only allow the bst golf professionals to participate. if our locals are useless, then they should go home. Does it mean that if we dont have good doctors we will allow witchdoctors to operate on us? Kamau
